This Agreement is a legal document which sets out your rights and obligations, and those of Acceledate Limited, a company registered in England under registration no. 5886381 in relation to this site and the services offered by Acceledate through www.Acceledate.co.uk
Respect Others
Acceledate encourages its users to treat each other with mutual respect. Do not use the Acceledate Service to threaten, harass, stalk, or abuse others using the Acceledate Service. Refrain from all expressions of bigotry, racism, homophobia, hatred, foul language or profanity.
You may not redistribute photos or any personal data that you have found or copied from an Acceledate member or any other page hosted on the Acceledate server. Please respect the privacy of others.
Responsibilities
Messages posted through Acceledate are the responsibility of the user posting the message. Acceledate does not individually monitor messages sent through this site for unacceptable content. However we do maintain the right to remove any offensive material as soon as the offended user notifies Acceledate. The sending of offensive messages will not be tolerated and the user will be excluded from using the Acceledate service. Users must not post any message or photograph that could be deemed unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, libellous, invasive of another person's privacy, hateful or racially offensive.? Users must not post or upload to the site any content that contains computer viruses or any other programs that could cause disruption to the normal functionality of the Acceledate website. Users registering their registration number must be either the owner, registered keeper or have the express consent of the owner of the vehicle described. To knowingly provide false information is a criminal offence. Users are responsible for any actions they may take based on advice or information they receive from other Acceledate users.
Service and credits
Acceledate.co.uk. are currently offering 3 free credits upon registration for new users.. No payment is required. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice. Acceledate reserve the right to add, remove or amend any feature or Service at any time without notice, explanation or liability without limitation. Acceledate reserves the right to increase or reduce the price or alter the content or features of any package purchased without prior notice, explanation or liability.
All credit packages are non transferable and apply to one member account only. This is the account from which the package was purchased. Credit packages are non refundable once you have received and started using the service. However you may opt to cancel the service and obtain a full refund provided that you do so within 7 days of payment and you have not commenced using the service.
Acceptance of our Terms and Conditions
Acceledate users will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions of this site. Acceledate reserve the right to suspend or remove the account of any user who, in our opinion, is in breach of these terms and conditions. Removal of your account includes the removal of your personal information from our database and the removal of any messages against your username. In the event of such a removal all pre-paid credits will be forfeited. Acceledates decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Users will not be entitled to any compensation in the event that their account is removed for any of the above reasons. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be notified to users through this site. Users will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these revised terms. If you no longer accept any modified terms then please contact us to terminate your account.

Acceledate will not collect any personal or business information, nor store or share that information with any third party without your express permission. General notes
Although we strive to provide the best facilities we can to ensure maximum speed and availability from our servers and software, Acceledate does not offer any SLA (Service Level Agreement) or any guarantee in relation to Service up-time or availability for any Service. All Services provided are on an 'as is' basis.
Disclaimer
Acceledate will not be liable in any way for any content, including (without limitation) any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Remember
If you arrange to meet up with another Internet user, always tell a friend where you are going. Always meet in a public place. Do not be afraid to walk away if you feel uncomfortable.
